Jon Faue joined United Memories in 1990 and currently
serves as UMI's President. Jon started his professional
career at Honeywell Inc in 1984. He received his BSEE
from the University of Minnesota. His first assignment
with UMI was onsite at the NMB Semiconductor Fab in
Tateyama, Japan as a Senior Device and Product Engineer.
Upon returning to Colorado in 1991 he undertook DRAM
design from the 1M to the 1G level, covering several
different generations of technology. He currently holds
33 US Patents.
United Memories has 18 employees with technical degrees
and backgrounds. Combined this group has in excess of 500
man-years of semiconductor industry experience and generated
290 patents.
